It has been a very busy holiday season for us!

We are excited to announce that we have FOUR Albuquerque homes under contract that will be our first homes in the NSP3 program! We will be purchasing the homes in January and hope to have them remodeled and on the market in February or March. We are also on the lookout for more properties that we can purchase under NSP3.

While we wait to close on those homes, we are finishing up 4 homes in Rio Rancho and 4 in Albuquerque, some of which are already available for an interested, NSP-qualified buyer. Contact our realtors to learn about the homes that we have available!

We recently purchased 3 new NSP homes in Rio Rancho. Rehab will begin soon and they should be done before Christmas! Check in with our realtor page or call the office to get more information about the properties and when they will be finished and listed.

We are very excited to announce that we have been chosen as the State of New Mexico's NSP Developer for the third round of NSP funding!

We have worked hard to exceed the expectations of NSP1--we have been able to purchase, rehab, and sell more homes in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho than the program had anticipated. We look forward to being able to go above and beyond for this new round of funding working with the State of New Mexico.

We will be purchasing and rehabbing foreclosed homes all over albuquerque and Rio Rancho. Please check back with us over the coming months and check out the work we are doing. Who knows? We might have just the home you are looking for!
