It has been a very busy holiday season for us!

We are excited to announce that we have FOUR Albuquerque homes under contract that will be our first homes in the NSP3 program!  We will be purchasing the homes in January and hope to have them remodeled and on the market in February or March.  We are also on the lookout for more properties that we can purchase under NSP3.

While we wait to close on those homes, we are finishing up 4 homes in Rio Rancho and 4 in Albuquerque, some of which are already available for an interested, NSP-qualified buyer.  Contact our realtors to learn about the homes that we have available!
