The Kaspia Group offers services that range from grant and loan writing to home rehabilitation and new development projects around the State of New Mexico. We also have several in-house real estate associates.
Our projects are designed to be affordable to low- and moderate-income clients. We often seek out Federal and State grants and loans in order to provide more affordable solutions. Our services are especially useful to organizations and government entities, such as municipalities and tribal governments. When working with these entities, we are able to provide services throughout the span of a project. We will find and apply for available funding; administer funds; and provide development, construction, and real estate services.
At Kaspia, we pride ourselves in our ability to provide turnkey solutions for our clients. We build high quality, energy efficient residential and commercial structures faster and for far less than others. We hold our rehab efforts to similar standards of quality and energy efficiency. From new construction to home rehabilitation, our projects are ready to use when we turn them over to the client.
